An Indonesian citizen, born in Nanga Pinoh in 1993, aged 32 as of December 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from Pakuan University, Bogor in 2017 and a Master of Notarial Law (M.Kn.) from Pancasila University, Jakarta in 2020.

She began her career within the Company in September 2017 as a Legal Staff member and was subsequently appointed as the Corporate Secretary in November 2017, pursuant to the Decree of the Board of Directors No. 004/CSIS-DIRUT/SK/XI/2017.

Legal Basis for Appointment

  1. Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies; and
  2. Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Jakarta (Indonesia Stock Exchange) Number Kep-00101/BEI/12-2021 concerning Amendments to Regulation Number I-A regarding the Listing of Shares and Equity-Type Securities Other Than Shares Issued by Listed Companies.
