The Company's Articles of Association were last amended as set forth in the Deed of Statement of Meeting Resolution No. 14 dated December 19, 2025, drawn up before Nitra Reza, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in Bogor. This amendment was officially approved by the Ministry of Law of the Republic of Indonesia pursuant to Decree No. AHU-0087319.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2025 dated January 19, 2026, and has been reported to the Ministry of Law as evidenced by the Notice of Acceptance of Corporate Data Changes No. AHU-AH.01.09-0368646 dated January 19, 2026. Furthermore, it was published in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 6, Supplement to the State Gazette No. 1645 and Supplement to the State Gazette No. 1646 dated January 20, 2026.
CSIS operates as an integral constituent of the Olympic Group, a pioneering market leader in knock-down furniture production in Indonesia, established in 1983 by Mr. Tjoea Aubintoro.
The Company officially launched its primary Commercial Operations for the first time in 1997.
The Company executed a strategic transformation, realigning its operational focus toward contractual projects for bespoke/custom-made furniture specializing in interior design.
Marked a monumental chapter after successfully launching its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, having secured an effective declaration from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) via decree No. S-210/D.04/2017 dated April 28, 2017.
